The 2020 Hamachi XOS Gt'n'Doggie™ Expedition 7'6 is one of the newest editions to the Expedition series of rods. The Expedition series of rods are designed for those who love travelling to different parts of the world to go fishing, with that in mind we designed all our Expedition series rods to be a 3 piece, with our 7'6 Expedition packing down to a tiny 82cm (2'8) and weighing in at 396g (14.oz).
Hamachi's XOS Gt'n'Doggie™ Expedition 7'6 is no slouch when it comes to landing your next big fish, a parabolic rod rated at PE 8-12, with a max drag of 22kg@ 45 degrees and 18kg@ 60 degrees. The 7'6 Expedition also has an inverted first guide to help reduce the chance of your line getting tangled when casting.
Our 7'6 Expedition also shows off Hamachi's new ultra-strong reel seat and tapered foregrip, both of these new additions not only make our rod more aesthetic but provide extra comfort when you're fighting some of the beasts that lurk in our oceans.
