As Hamachi rods are hand made and also to ensure the performance of the rod, some rods can be up to 4% off the advertised length.  

HAMACHI LIFETIME WARRANTY

 
 

Every new Hamachi rod is covered by our lifetime, original owner warranty against any defect in materials or workmanship, otherwise, know as a limited liability warranty.

 

The lifetime, original owner warranty applies to rods purchased ONLY through authorized dealers in a normal retail manner and excludes ALL rods purchased through auction or similar.

 

This warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. This warranty does not cover fire, theft, intentional breakage, misuse, negligence, normal wear-and-tear, modification or customization of the finished rod. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary depending on the place of purchase.

 

Hamachi reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Hamachi Product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. Colours and components may vary between original and replacement parts.

 

Rods purchased at auction or similar are covered ONLY by a one year warranty against any defect in materials or workmanship.

 

The Hamachi lifetime warranty commenced for rods sold on or after the first of December 2014, ensure your Hamachi is genuine look for the holographic unique serial number found on all rods delivered after 1/12/2014.

 
 

FAQ

 

I purchased my rod internationally will I have to return it to the dealer?

  • In most cases, warranty claims can be dealt with via photographic and or video evidence without the need to return the rod to the dealer

 

How do I make a warranty claim?

  • All warranty claims need to be made via the place of purchase, if purchased online, authorized retailers will have automatically lodged your proof of purchase at the time of payment 

  • Simply email the dealer, outlining the problem, how it happened with clear high-resolution photos and they will take care of the rest

  • Claims are generally processed within 2 to 5 working days

 

Can I have my item replaced with a different one?

  • Hamachi replaces with the same or a like product, we are unable to offer a different one
